Dickinson Wright is pleased to announce that Tron Fu has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a Member.
Tron focuses his practice on intellectual property and IP litigation. He represents clients in patent, trademark, copyright infringement, and trade secrets litigation across various industries and technologies, including e-commerce, software and business methods, mechanical devices, medical devices, and consumer products. As a former entrepreneur who founded an Internet service company and a software company, Tron uses his firsthand understanding of his clients’ business needs to develop and execute successful IP protection and litigation strategies.
Tron is a Board Member of the Kendall College Business School Advisory Board. He is also a guest lecturer for The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, the Business College of the Tianjing University of Technology, and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Tron received his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law, his M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and his B.S. from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
